Fried, shaved, dipped and piled high.

The owner behind the window

Lisha Brown, Tuscaloosa born and dipped since 2024.

Dipped by Lisha opened its window on March 3, 2024, and it has been a local fixture ever since. Lisha runs the truck herself, which means the person who takes your booking is the same person handing you a hot funnel cake at the event.

In two years the truck has picked up 2,300 Facebook followers and a 100% recommend rating, mostly by showing up where bigger dessert vendors don't: Friday night series in Akron, festivals in Eutaw, family days in Moundville.
